Policies
At Bumble Bees Day Nursery, our policies and procedures help us provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment where every child can learn, grow and thrive. They outline the standards we follow each day to ensure the wellbeing of our children, support our families and meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted.
Our policies cover all aspects of nursery life, including safeguarding and child protection, health and safety, behaviour management, equal opportunities, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), medication, illness, complaints, data protection and much more. They are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current legislation and best practice.
We believe that strong partnerships with parents and carers are key to a child's development. Our policies are designed to provide clear guidance, promote consistency and ensure that everyone understands how we work together to create the very best experience for every child.
Copies of our policies are available to all parents and carers. If you have any questions or would like to discuss any of our policies in more detail, please don't hesitate to speak to a member of our friendly team.
