Nursery Fees

 

We believe in being open and transparent with all parents and carers, so we've made our fee structure simple and easy to understand. Our nursery is open 50 weeks of the year, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, providing reliable, high-quality childcare throughout the year. We close for two weeks over Christmas and on Bank Holidays, and you will not be charged for these closures.

 

Daily Fee

 

Our standard daily fee is £85 per day for sessions between 8:30am and 5:30pm, for children of all ages.Optional extras include:Breakfast sessionsLate pick-up sessionsAny changes to our fees will always be communicated in writing with at least one month's notice.

 

Flexible Weekly Plans

 

To provide consistency for children and maintain the highest quality of care, we offer places for 2 to 5 full days per week.

Minimum attendance is 2 days per week

We do not offer half-day sessions

Bespoke booking patterns are not available, as these affect the smooth running of the nursery

Please note that fees do not include optional extras such as:

Educational outings

Special visitors and entertainment

Extra-curricular activities

These activities will always be optional and charged separately.

 

Annual & Monthly Fees

 

Our fees are calculated over a 50-week year and spread across 12 equal monthly payments, making budgeting easier for families.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Registration

 

A non-refundable registration fee of £25 is required to secure your child's place.This registration fee is not a condition of accessing funded childcare.Payment InformationInvoices are issued monthly in advance on the first day of each month and are payable within 14 days.

Tax-Free Childcare

 

We are registered with the Tax-Free Childcare Scheme, helping eligible families reduce the cost of childcare.

 

Late Collection Charges

 

To ensure the smooth running of the nursery and support our staff, we kindly ask that children are collected promptly.

Late collection charges are:

£10 for the first 10 minutes after 5:30pm or 6:00pm (depending on your booked collection time)

£15 for every additional 10-minute period thereafter

Late fees are applied at the discretion of management.

 

Additional Information

 

As staffing and resources are planned in advance, fees remain payable during periods of:

Child illness

Family holidays

Any other absence

If fees are repeatedly unpaid or significantly overdue, we may withdraw a child's place in line with our Bad Debt Procedure. If you experience financial hardship, please speak to a member of our management team as soon as possible. We will always aim to discuss suitable arrangements where possible. During this time, children accessing Free Early Education will continue to receive their funded entitlement.
